Typically, a new year trend aside from creating resolutions is vision boards; An arrangement or collage related to your goals and things you want to manifest.

Vision boards are a tool used to manifest the future you want! I'm not a pro, but I have definitely done some reading into manifestation and it's super interesting seeing how people can take their thoughts and transform it into life.

FIRST STEP:
When I began creating the vision board I first brainstormed on-page keywords that I want more of in my life or things I want to start doing! Once I had the words I wanted picked out, I created a page with all my words in different fonts and I even made a couple pink for the vibe :)
NEXT:
I then took into mind some of the goals I have been working on such as being more healthy (eating better and working out more), better style, clear skin, traveling, turning my room into my ideal space for relaxing and productivity, etc. Then I began saving photos that embody those goals which as an avid Pinterest user came easy since I already had pictures/boards to pick from in mind. also, I picked out quotes I loved to include as well (ex. a pic w/ "Be the CEO your parents always wanted you to marry) & I printed blocks of trendy patterns I liked to layer my pictures over (see below)
NEXT:
Once I had all my screenshots I put them all on a sheet so I could easily print them and cut them out for my board. Which I did, I cut all the words and pictures out then I arranged them on my posterboard which I got for like 50 cents at the dollar store!
ONCE I had them laid out the way I wanted I took a picture (in case any got moved for some reason) and began gluing them down with an Elmer's glue stick! and there you have it!
I hung mine on my wall directly across from my bed so I can see it every day wich is apart of manifesting and envisioning your desires periodically and keeping them in your mind and working towards them.
STORY TIME!
My aunt created a vision board 2 years ago with magazine clippings and a few printed pictures and her powerful words one of the pictures was her dream house that was about 30 minutes from where she had been living and way over the budget they had for a new house. within a month or so of having her vision board things that were on it were coming into her life, including the house....One of the owners had come into her work for something and they clicked over the house and my aunt got the house & property she wanted for an amount right around her budget! They obviously said yes and now live there! (it's super gorg btw)
- This is why I believe in vision boarding and finally took time to make one myself :)
